Apparently President Bush is in Baltimore for some reason or another? I want to say it’s something to do with some financial program he backed in regards to housing, I could be wrong though. What I do know is that traffic is going to be a disaster as usual. Last time he was here in Baltimore he was visiting the VA Hospital and everything was on lock down in a two block radius of the place. It was comical to see men in black suits on top of buildings looking down at all the pedestrians and drug addicts.
