If you’re inside a building with no easy access to windows, get to one! The rain is coming down fast and hard outside in downtown Baltimore and no umbrella is safe from the wind. It’s perfect kite flying season if you have a death wish! It looks as though buckets (or the culmination of all the rain that we were supposed to have received over the past couple of years) is falling from the sky and it’s dark enough to make you think it’s night time.

I admit it, I read your blog – sometimes religiously to a fault. Right now, however, we need to talk about your “stream of consciousness” type writing style that is going on. I have no idea what you are saying in the first two sentences… and the next two are not lending much support.
I think your blog is better served with photo evidence of the devastation and/or links to some data that the rainfall output has been greater than prior year’s (I am sure it exists since it has been crazy-go-nuts the past week).
By the way: it was hella crazy rain out there this evening.
